INKASSO MORE
– Access to Inkasso’s collection system is free
This option best suits companies and business operators with pending bank claims who require traditional collection services. We sign a collection services agreement and link up to your commercial bank. If claims remain unpaid on their due date, they move into Inkasso’s collection system.
We send out a collection warning, and our efficient collection procedure is launched.
Creditors have access to the system via an online interface, where you can follow progress and consult an overview of pending claims. Creditors can intervene at any point during the secondary collection stage – you can cancel, change the due date, halt collection, delay, etc., all free of charge.
If a claim is not paid during the secondary collection stage, the creditor is notified that the claim is moving to the legal collection stage and that they may intervene at that point, if necessary. Otherwise, first and second legal enforcement notices are sent. Further action is taken only following a legal enforcement assessment and with the consent of the creditor.
Inkasso’s consultants are, of course, always ready to help at any point in the procedure, as required.
Set Your Cases in Motion
It could hardly be simpler to get claims in to process in Inkasso MORE.
-
A collection warning is sent out, and an efficient collection process is set in motion. -
The claimant gains access to the Inkasso system through a web interface where they can monitor progress and get a good overview of claims. The claimant can then intervene at any time while the claim is in collections. Cancel, change final due date, stop collection, postpone, etc. free of charge. -
If the claim is not paid during collection, the claimant receives notice that the claim is being referred to legal collection, and then they can intervene if necessary. Otherwise, legal collection letters 1 and 2 are sent out, but nothing further is done unless legal collection processing proceeds and the claimant confirms further actions. -
Of course, the service desk advisors are available and ready to assist at any point in the process as needed.
