General power of attorney to gather financial information

Inkasso’s power of attorney document authorises another individual or company to gather information from collection agents and negotiate debts and payments. The power of attorney must be dated and state the names and ID numbers of each of the involved parties, i.e. the grantor, the grantee, and two witnesses. The grantee must identify themselves with legal identification (ID card, driver’s licence or passport) when presenting a power of attorney.
